Jamie became a Disney travel agent because she loves taking a vacation that can feel overwhelming to plan and making it exciting, manageable and personal. After planning Disney vacations for her own family, she realized how much the little details can affect the experience. Nearly 12 years later, she still loves using her firsthand knowledge of Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Adventures by Disney to help families spend less time worrying about logistics and more time looking forward to making memories together.

Jamie's first Walt Disney World vacation was with her husband for her 25th birthday, and it was a childhood dream come true. A few years later, they brought their twins before they turned two, and watching them meet Buzz Lightyear and Woody completely changed the way she experienced Disney. Now, as a mom of four, Jamie has experienced Disney with a three-month-old baby, toddlers, children and teenagers, as well as large and multigenerational family groups.

Jamie also has firsthand experience navigating Disney vacations with additional sensory and accessibility needs, including Disney's Disability Access Service (DAS) and travelling with a service dog. Disney has become part of her family's story. For Jamie, the best Disney vacations aren't about checking everything off a list — they're about creating memories a family will still be talking about years later.

Jamie plans her clients' vacations the way she would want someone to plan her own: personally, thoroughly and honestly. Her recommendations come from frequent firsthand travel. She helps with resort, cruise ship and stateroom selection, dining, itineraries and vacation strategy; explains where it is worth spending extra and where families can save; monitors eligible reservations for new promotions after booking; and sends timely tips and reminders as each planning date approaches.

Based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Jamie works virtually with clients throughout Canada and the United States. She joined ClickTheMouse in 2015 and specializes in Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World, with extensive experience in Adventures by Disney, Disneyland, Aulani, Disneyland Paris, Universal destinations, Royal Caribbean, other cruise lines, group travel, multigenerational vacations, and sensory-friendly and accessibility-focused family travel.

Jamie is a College of Disney Knowledge graduate, an IATA travel advisor, and a specialist in Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, Aulani, Adventures by Disney and Universal Orlando Resort.
