- Current or prior travel-agent experience, Disney Cast Member background, or deep first-hand Disney expertise
- TICO certification — or willingness to obtain it before booking clients
- Professional communication and a full-time or serious part-time mindset (full-time commitment is preferred)
- Self-directed, tech-comfortable, and available when clients need you

- Is ClickTheMouse hiring Disney travel planners?
- Yes we hire a small number of experienced Canadian Disney travel planners. We look for prior travel-agent experience, Disney Cast Member background, or deep first-hand Disney expertise.
- Is this a remote, work-from-home position?
- Yes. Our specialists work remotely anywhere in Canada (we are currently not accepting applications from British Columbia).
- Do I need to be TICO certified?
- Yes. Every Canadian planner is TICO-certified. We're also licensed in Florida and California so our team can sell across North America.
- Do you provide leads or do I have to find my own clients?
- Both. We invest heavily in marketing and distribute qualified inbound leads, while strong agents also build their own repeat-client book.
- What commission do agents earn?
- Competitive commission splits that grow with experience and production. Exact details are discussed in the interview.
- Is this a full-time career or a side hustle?
- We want full-time or serious part-time professionals who treat this as a career. If you're mainly after a family-trip discount, we're likely not the right fit.
- Do I need to be a former Disney Cast Member?
- No, though Cast Member or Disney College Program experience is valued. The must-have is current, first-hand Disney trip knowledge across parks, resorts, and ships.
- What training and tools do you provide?
- Disney supplier training, College of Disney Knowledge guidance, CRM and quoting tools, ongoing product updates, and direct mentorship from Platinum-level leadership.
- Why does Platinum-level Disney status matter to me as an agent?
- Platinum is Disney's highest vacation-planner tier achieved in Canada. It brings the best supplier relationships, priority access, and along with our exclusive onboard credit making it easier to close and delight clients.
- How long does the hiring process take?
- We read every application personally. If we see a strong fit, we'll typically be in touch within 2–3 weeks.
