About Natalie

Why I become a Disney travel agent: After my family started visiting Disneyland and Walt Disney World regularly, friends began coming to me for help with their trips. I loved sitting down with them, sharing what we had learned and helping them make plans that worked for their families. They kept asking, “Why aren’t you doing this for a living?”. Eventually, the timing worked and I jumped into doing what I loved as a job. Becoming a Disney travel advisor gave me a way to do what I was already doing for friends: take the stress out of their planning and help families enjoy their time together.

As a child, I watched Walt Disney on The Wonderful World of Disney and dreamed of visiting the parks. Years later, I took my daughters to Disneyland for the first time. They were about 5 and 3, and I remember introducing them to Mickey Mouse beforehand so they’d know who he was! Then, we were there, enjoying Mickey treats, meeting characters and watching fireworks over the castle! I remember us discussing that Disneyland really might be the happiest place on earth, next to heaven. It was much more special than I had imagined. After more than 20 years of Disney trips and cruises, it still feels like home. Walt drew on memories of his hometown to create Main Street, and walking there brings back that same joy of returning to my own hometown and happy childhood memories.

My Favourite Disney memory: On the last day of our first Walt Disney World trip, my daughters had their first makeovers at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique inside Cinderella Castle, with dinner at Cinderella’s Royal Table later that evening. As we walked through Fantasyland in between, my oldest said her stomach felt “all fluttery” in the best way, and I can still picture the pure joy on both their faces.

My Favourite Disney park, Ship, or Destination: It’s extremely hard to choose one favorite since I truly love all the Disney parks and ships I have experienced, but Disney Cruise Line might just edge out the others for me these days. I love the special feeling on board, relaxing in the Rainforest Room, and spending a day at Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, especially its beautiful beach and Bahamian entertainment.

What makes my service style unique: Every family has different priorities, and I keep those in mind as I help them plan. I give honest advice about what fits their budget, where to splurge and where to save. I also understand dietary needs firsthand, including vegan and gluten-free travel. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I can often connect with clients in the evening or on a Saturday. I am a past Disney Store Cast Member and, I saw how much people valued just walking into that special Disney feeling for a brief break from life's busyness. I want clients to feel that same personal care that I gave at the store when they bring me questions about their trips, and to know someone is thinking through the details with them from beginning to end.

I believe families are the bedrock of a healthy society, and the time they spend building relationships matters long after a vacation ends. Whether I’m planning for a couple, parents and children, or grandparents with their grown children and grandkids, I love helping them make unforgettably happy memories together. That time to laugh and grow closer can be just as special as the Disney magic around them. I feel privileged when clients trust me with their plans, and I work hard to listen to what matters to them.

What do clients say about Natalie?

Real reviews from families Natalie has helped plan.

"I found Natalie after a quick Google search for WDW travel agents in Alberta. Compared to other agents I've worked with, she is extremely knowledgeable and took care of literally every little detail for us. She is thorough in her communication and provides you with invaluable resources to make your trip successful. I was seriously blown away by what she provided us with! The resorts she suggested that were within our budget were fantastic. The transportation between airports and our two resorts was seamless. She woke up in the early hours of the morning to lock in our dining reservations and Lightning Lanes. If you want an agent who goes above and beyond, Natalie is the obvious choice! I'm really hoping to work with her again in the future!"

"We have worked with Natalie before to plan trips to Disneyland and Disneyworld, so we did not hesitate to ask her to help us arrange a quick Disneyland trip in March. As usual, she was so helpful and informative, and responded quickly to all of our requests and questions. It was a somewhat short notice request, and our dates fell at a busy time with there being a large convention in Anaheim. We weren't sure we could make the trip happen, but Natalie found us wonderful accommodations and transportation options. She always has great suggestions and tips based on her wealth of knowledge and experience. She listens to her clients and makes the experience of planning and working with her feel so personal. We really feel like we're being taken care of when we've got Natalie planning and looking out for us. We highly recommend her services!"

"From Gramma using a scooter to little 4 year old Jasper in a stroller we ALL had the best time ever on our family vacation! My two daughters, son-in-law, and 4 grandchildren had a blast over 18 days of Florida sun and a little rain. Natalie booked everything for us from the flights, 7 days at the Disney Resort, the Disney parks, my off site scooter AND the wonderful, Executive resort home for 10 days of Florida relaxation. We beached, shopped, ate and spent time with the alligators. During our initial planning stage we had 1000 questions which Natalie patiently answered. She laughed with us as she gave her most excellent advice. Her assurance was calming and it didn't take long for us to just chill out and "let Natalie do her thing!". She even helped us decide whether we needed lightening lanes or not. Giving us a plan for each park day we felt like we were one step ahead of the crowds. We were prepared! She gave us food advice, shipping advice and attraction advice. She knows the shows, the parades and how to see as much as possible. One of Natalie's biggest attributes is her ability to listen and read between the lines. She knows that each family is uniquely different and that's important to me. She is not a cookie cutter planner! Natalie comes with YEARS of experience. Disney is like her family cabin! She's spent many family vacations there and she knows where the key is hidden to open the front door! If I could bottle her up and sell her I'd be a millionaire. My gratitude to Natalie is endless. She understood our financial challenges and didn't make us feel like we were cheap when we had to cut corners. In fact, I know she saved us many, many dollars. Thanks go to Natalie for the days of stress free walking in the parks!"

Frequently asked questions about Natalie

When is the best time for my family to visit Disney, and when is it cheapest?
I get asked about the cheapest time to go all the time! Prices can change with your dates, destination, resort, cruise itinerary and available promotions. But the lowest price doesn’t automatically make it the best trip for your family. I’ll help you compare the options alongside weather, crowds, school schedules, your budget and the experiences you don’t want to miss, so you can choose a time that offers good value and feels right for you.
What can I help with beyond booking the hotel or cruise?
I help put the pieces of the trip together, including resort or stateroom choices, tickets, flights, car rentals, transfers and the experiences that matter most to you. Depending on your trip, I can also help with dining reservations, park plans and other details, and I’m here when questions personally throughout the planning & booking process.
Does it cost more to book through me?
Most bookings that include accommodation & tickets or a cruise have no extra fee for me to help you plan & book. A few services, such as booking flights or planning certain custom trips, have a fee and I will always disclose that in advance before booking, if applicable.
Can I pay a deposit and make payments toward my Disney vacation?
Most times, yes. Eligible Walt Disney World and Disneyland vacation packages can be booked with a deposit, and you can make payments in amounts that work for you, as long as the balance is paid 30 days before arrival. Disney cruises also allow deposits and payments, but the final payment date depends on the booking. Flights, separately purchased tickets and certain special rates may have different payment requirements. I’ll explain the exact deposit and deadlines before you book.
How many days should we plan for Walt Disney World or Disneyland?
It depends on each specific family and their trip goals, but if you have the time, I recommend 7 to 10 days just for Walt Disney World. That gives you room for the 4 parks, resort and pool time, Disney Springs, and perhaps a water park or mini golf without packing every moment. I can absolutely plan a shorter trip too! For Disneyland, 4 park days is my ideal for most families. You can spend time in both parks, enjoy the nighttime shows and take a day off in between to sleep in, swim or book a character meal. I believe it is ideal that the trip feel like a vacation with some time to relax and rest as well as the fun times in the parks.
